Development of the financial mechanism of attraction of the target capital by non-profit organizations in higher education system

The legislation of many countries stimulates creation of the target capital which is a source of the income going for financing of activity of noncommercial sector. Formation of the target capital allows providing partial independence of the organization of individual and single donations, other voluntary irregular receipts, financial stability of non-profit organization by means of obtaining the guaranteed income; forms for it a long-term source of financing.
