Present situation and prospects of asset securitization in Russia

In the article the results of the analysis of a current state of the Russian market of securitization assets on the basis of an assessment of the carried-out transactions are presented. The main features of development of the market of securitization assets are defined, the most important stages of its formation, the main tendencies of development of transactions of securitization of assets in Russia are allocated, and also options of further development of securitization of assets in Russia taking into account available preconditions, statistical data and existing needs for financing of the Russian banks and the organizations are proved.
