Assessment of level of socio-economic status of municipality using the technique of rating

In work are considered actual for science and practice of a problem of diagnostics of level of a financial and economic condition of municipality on the basis of its mark assessment. By means of a taxonomy-metric method as a way of internal rating, on the basis of a complex of the budgetary data position of municipality in dynamics is investigated. Application of a technique of rating allowed to define the best period of development of municipality and to reveal shortcomings of pursued budgetary policy.
