In the article the importance of the knowledge-intensive hi-tech productions is shown, on the example of the space-rocket industry criteria of an assessment of quality of a control system are offered, main types of risks of projects of the knowledge-intensive enterprises are revealed and formalized, the modern mechanism of the risk management, allowing to estimate and reduce risk-taking of large projects of creation knowledge-intensive production and services is offered.
