Leasing as a tool for development of business in the current conditions

The article analyzed the existing system of financial leasing in crisis and post-crisis development of the Russian economy. The definition of financial leasing is considered. The practical application of leasing as a tool for development of small and large businesses in the current conditions is presented. It is conducted that classical approaches to the use of financial leasing to small businesses in the regions of Russia. The role of leasing and efficiency of its use in increasing and updating the basic means of production is offered.
