Model of the complex of transition of the Russian economy to innovative way of development

In the work the problems of perfection of the economic mechanism and factors of formation of a financially-investment infrastructure of stimulating tax-preferential system for active transition to innovative economy in Russia are considered. It is concluded that the possibility of using the uniform principle to model interpretation for information representation of functional elements of socio-sphere, techno-sphere and biosphere with the use of system-based knowledge of known physical and other rules for social and economic development of the society.
