In connection with increase in requirement of the region in infrastructural objects using of the mechanism of state-private partnership looks the most perspective. In the present work possibility of development of the mechanism of estimation and forecasting of efficiency of investments is considered. The analysis of the concrete project reflecting basic merits and demerits of participation of investors in state-private partnership is carried out.
