Economic and legal treatment of credit essence

Economic crisis and aroused by it aggravation of financial problems in real sector demonstrated instability of money and credit sphere in combination with weak management and all this encouraged the situation in which large-size participants of the market so as individual producers turned out to be not able to serve or return loans taken out earlier. Regulatory support unadjustment also manifested itself: neither creditor, nor borrower turned out protected in conditions of sharp aggravation of liquidity. In this connection the author undertook the attempt to rethink some aspects of the theoretical of the bases of juridical relationships on questions of basis, essence of credit and credit relations.
