In job the basic tendencies of development of modern communication politics of commercial banks of Kazakhstan are considered. The urgency of competent communication politics of commercial bank in the crisis period of economy on an example of re-branding is determined. The method of management of influence of communication expenses on increases of selling of bank services is developed. The recommendations for improvement of process of bank service in a direction of a branch network are given.
