There are allocated institution of formation of a regional infrastructure of the credit organizations. Value and a role of development of an infrastructure of the credit organizations in regions is shown. The characteristic is given elements of the financial system, entering into the general credit and financial infrastructure on the Republic Khakassia example. Management methods by an infrastructure of the modern credit organization in the conditions of influence of world financial crisis are proved.
