The broad audience of questions of attraction of the private capital to investment of social and infrastructural projects, in particular, schemes of the conclusion of contracts on rendering of services, transfers of object to possession with a duty of granting of services is considered, and also sale with the subsequent rent, allowing essentially to accelerate introduction in practice of the given kind of partnership between the state and private business.
