The article analyses contradictions of credit organizations influencing the development of commercial organizations, gives accent to stages in the extension of bank and industrial spheres thus determining perspectives of bank and credit and industrial spheres interaction and specification policy targets, strategy and tactics of commercial bank impact on financial stability of a firm.
