The effectivity of budget expences in the context of result oriented budgeting

Within the frame of approach of budget expences effectivity based on reducing costs and results the method of budgetary funds productivity on the basis of the analysis of changing effectiveness data is suggested. This method allows to obtain manysided estimation of budget expences effectivity for account of information about direct and final results, quality and budgetary services productivity used in the analysis.
