The world evolves, we evolve with it. Even on so long for the transaction between the bank and its client had to go through a number of points: to produce documents, sign them in the head and chief accountant, put the seal, take to the bank (in case of failure to remake all of the above). Now came a wonderful system Client - Sberbank and more organizations and banks moving to electronic document. In this paper, we consider both positive and negative aspects of electronic data transfer, we draw conclusions about what the consequences are appropriate changes.
