Definition of consequences of influence globalization on development of a world financial system within the limits of neoclassic’ paradigm based on the precondition, that all participants of economic attitudes maximize limiting sizes, does not allow to reflect feature of the given process to the full. For this reason research of features institutional developments of world financial architecture, as the world financial system institutional matrix’ most dynamically changing part, caused by modern realities and shifts defined by them in a scientific paradigm of social researches.
