The liberal market-oriented reforming of the Russian economy has shifted it to a raw-material development trend and stimulated degradation of the science-intensive and high-tech industry. The paper proposes a mathematically sound method of innovation processes management of science-intensive industries, considering the socio-economic, technological, scientific and technical factors. The authors introduce tools for assessment and optimization of manufacturing industries restructuring, as well as corporations and individual businesses, based on the market demand for new products and services. The authors model the innovation development of high-tech industry; they develop methods for adapting of high-tech industry, which enable the better decisions by focusing on the machine-building enterprises' production of similar products.
