Since 1992 the Russian Federation passed to a new assessment of economic activity of the country in system of national accounts according to the income. However to use system of national accounts and gross domestic product indicators for the prevention of economic crises by means of a nonequilibrium state while there is no opportunity. The author suggests to improve methodology of calculations of gross domestic product for more exact determination of its actual volumes in Russia on the basis of monitoring of indicators of municipalities.
