Functionally-branch assessment of development grain sub-complex: conceptual approach

The complex assessment of functional and branch structure of a grain sub-complex is carried out. Dynamics of outputs of grain, release of an industrial output, commissioning and use of capacities is analysed. Functional disproportions between spheres of a grain sub-complex are established; the directions of optimization of its structure are designated. Conceptual approach of a functional and branch assessment of development of a grain sub-complex is developed.
