Many Russian companies began work on the description and a regulation of business processes. But it is necessary to pass from process model to real management, regular monitoring of its course and efficiency. Trying to increase of level of a maturity of process management, the companies realize projects on development of the system of process indicators. In the article possible risks of similar projects are characterized and recommendations about their decrease are made
