The problem of knowledge management is complicated by the size and geographic dispersion of the integrated corporate structures. The author created the model of knowledge management in the integrated corporate structures, based on a survey of executives of the Udmurt Republic. On the basis of the substantive provisions of synergetics it is formulated the principles of knowledge management in the integrated development of the corporate structure of industry.
