The working capital comes out as one of the leading factors of the development of small enterprises, that predetermines the requirement of no formal approaches to the procedure of the evaluation of financial guarantee and financial stability on the basis of the commensuration of the presence of reverse active memberships and sources of their formation, that also represents the author in the article.
