The discount rate determination as applied to the transport infrastructure companies

In the article is proposed the procedure of the formation of the rate of yield on capital with the use of foreign and domestic models in connection with to Russian transport companies. The calculation of rate is made based on the example joint stock company “airport [Tolmachevo]”. The special features of the determination of different components of the rate of yield on capital with the use of mathematical and statistical functions are analyzed.
