In the article the question of an estimation of investment appeal of the enterprises of electric power industry on an example of the wholesale generating companies (OGK) is examined. The authors substantiate the relevance of application of the technique based on an estimation of the present value of free monetary streams and cost of periodic investments, providing invariance of production facilities of the company. The method of calculation of the reached value of the companies and the analysis of its sensitivity to financial and industrial parameters change is considered.
