Factor model of labor potential forming

The approaches of labor potential forming on different levels are considered in the article. It is noted that there is an insufficient amount of scientific works dedicated to the description of factors, forming labor potential. On the base of theoretical research there is a conclusion that today the labor potential forming goes under globalization influence in the quality of life and quality of labor life environments. The author explained factor model of labor potential forming.
