In the article conceptual basics of formation of innovative activity of the enterprises with application of technology of a benchmarking in the sphere of hi-tech and knowledge-intensive researches for receiving the positive synergism focused on breakthrough technologies are considered. The trend of development of innovatively active enterprises in post-industrial economy is denoted, the principles of interaction of the enterprises of various fields of activity and regions on the basis of a synergetic benchmarking are revealed.

In the article analysis of approaches to understanding of set of the relations of the social and network capitals, and also author's approach to the analysis of the relations of the enterprise is presented. The technique of an assessment of the network capital, including the analysis of a role of partners in business process, characteristics of the network capital and a choice of strategy of development of the relations promoting increase of innovative activity of the enterprise is offered. The given results of expert polls allowed to reveal factors of interaction of the enterprises with the partners influencing their innovative activity.
