In the article “The organizational structure of the sugar-beet agroindustrial formations the anylysis of structures of the agroinduslrial formations” the anylysis of structures of the agroindustruai formations which appeared in the sugar-beet complex in the last century is given. The main ones of them are the interregional research-and-production corporation, the sugar-beet agroindustrial companies, grocery complexes, agroindustrial associations, agroinolustrial unions, interdistriet sugar-beet agroindustrial association, regional research-and-production sugar-beet association.

In the article the historical-economic analysis of a problem of a payment in agriculture of Russia is given and ways of its decision are planned. Speech goes about the problems which have arisen after the transformation of the organization of wages in a sugar-beet complex during reforming a national economy. Wages of the sugar-beet growers paid by sugar factories and agricultural productions in which these growers work, in the natural form though helps in conditions of an economic crisis to solve chronic problems, but simultaneously continues to remain an anachronism unacceptable for market economy. It brakes process of integration between various parts of sugar-beet and, finally, is negatively reflected in efficiency of all sugar-beet manufactures.

In article possible ways of increase of economic efficiency of the regional sugar beet subcomplex are considered. The system of the rational organisation of raw zones of sugar factories should be added to them. It should include the subsystems of the elements of the organizational-economic, financial, technological, social infrastructure, the ways of diversification in the sugar beet industry and the further development of its infrastructure.
