The analysis of the russian market of exhibition services

In the present work the development of the trade fair sector in Russia is analyzed. In the article some key indicators of exhibition are presented. As a result, it is concluded that the Russian market is growing not active, which is consequence of existence of a number identified problems.

In the present work the state of exhibition and congress business in the Primorsky region is examined. Also in the article presents the data of questionnaires the participants of exhibition and congress events, which took place in 2005-2009. As a result, it was concluded that in the Primorsky territory exhibition and congress business are growing not active, which is a consequence of the existence of a number identified problems.

Russian experience, as the authors' research shows, tells us that the efficient farming is mainly determined by the sufficient technical and equipment resources. Electric power supplied per job in the Russian farming is 6-8 times less than in the advanced coutnries, and the unit labour requirements, with regard to the climate, are 5-10 times more. Amount of foreign equipment supply is growing annually, and some types of this equipment are dominant.

In the present work the state of infrastructure of exhibition and congress business in the PrimorskyKrai is examined. Also in the article presents the data of questionnaires the participants of exhibition and congress events, which took place in 2010. As a result, it is concluded that in the Primorsky Territory there is insufficient of material and technical basis and the majority of exhibition and congress areas in the region do not correspond to modern requirements, which is a consequence of the existence of a number problems.

The article is devoted to the comparison of the depreciation in accordance with the Russian accounting standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards. The authors use a formalized approach to assessing the level of difference in the amounts of the depreciation and residual value of the object of fixed assets. The authors made a conclusion that the reasonable approach to determining the level of estimates the differences in the amounts of depreciation and residual value of objects would be small.

The RF federal standards of accounting are being developed in Russia nowadays. The International Financial Reporting Standards are obvious to become the basis of the Russian federal standards. For all the essential harmonization of the IFRS and RAS requirements during the reformation of the national account system, still there is a considerable difference between them. On the basis of a comparative analysis and review of the IFRS and RAS requirements for revenue accounting, the authors prove some IFRS requirements are not expedient to consider for the federal standards development.

The exhibition and congress activities in the contemporary world is an effective tool of macroeconomic and investment policy. Such events promote development of various sectors of economy, attract foreign investment, form considerable finance flows, bring in additional income to budgets of all levels, make business more active, stimulate development of regions, competition and innovation, strengthen ties between producers and consumers. The authors systematize various approaches to classification of the factors influencing formation and development of exhibition and congress activity. The authors conclude that it is necessary to evaluate factors the like in due time and neutralize their negative influence, and consider the factors promoting the development of exhibition and congress activities.

Speech goes about the problems which have arisen after the transformation of the organization of wages in a sugar-beet complex during reforming a national economy. Wages of the sugar-beet growers paid by sugar factories and agricultural productions in which these growers work, in the natural form though helps in conditions of an economic crisis to solve chronic problems, but simultaneously continues to remain an anachronism unacceptable for market economy. It brakes process of integration between various parts of sugar-beet and, finally, is negatively reflected in efficiency of all sugar-beet manufactures.
