In this paper the theoretical basis of the product- and process-innovations as a component of technological way and they influence of national economyeconomy are presented. In the process of this analysis is determined that the different sector of economic activityhas a different product- and process-strategy in the analyzed period. The product-oriented strategy is not provided the economy with the new product and the process-oriented strategy is not based on the increase of the efficiency of manufacture. On the basis of the statistical dates the components of product- and process-strategy of Russian enterprises are analyzed.

In the article the analysis of management by technological innovations in industrially developed Russian region - the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out. Classification of industrial regions is applied to the Volga Federal District (VFD). Industrially developed and lagging behind subjects of Volga federal district are defined, value of sector of the "connected" and "untied" services for development of hi-tech regions is confirmed. The problems with sources of financing of technological innovations are revealed, the recommendations on modernization of the industry of the region are made.

Subject The article studies the conceptual program subset Industry 4.0 as a know how of the German economic school and devises tools underlying Management 4.0, which are applicable to the Russian digital economy development.
Objectives The study focuses on Industry 4.0 and Management 4.0 in terms of its toolkit. The article identifies tools of Management 4.0 and outlines the concept of the digital economy management through Management 4.0.
Methods The research represents the logic systems analysis of publications, general methods of research, methods of systems analysis, techniques for generalization and grouping, abstraction logic method.
Results Having reviewed proceedings of the German scholars, we presented Industry 4.0 as a know how of the German economic thought and conceptual program subset. Based on the expertise and toolkit of Management 4.0, we formulated the concept of the digital economy management, determined the toolkit and outlined avenues for the development of the Russian digital economy.
Conclusions and Relevance Relying upon our own methods, we examined Management 4.0, defined the concept of the digital economy management, flagged 68 paths for the development of the Russian digital economy. The findings can be used in search engines of the e-library national electronic library and Znanium.com database.

Subject The study focuses on the implementation of the digital economy through managerial knowledge of the Industry 4.0 initiative for 20112017 and forges tools for laying the basis of the Management 4.0 concept, which would work for the Russian digital economy. We examine the concept and program of Industry 4.0 (Germany) in terms of the current Russian studies into digital economy.
Objectives The research substantiates the importance of studying the Industry 4.0 initiative as a know how of the German economic school by reviewing the Russian proceedings on the digital economy, Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things.
Methods The research relies upon general methods of cognition, methods of systems analysis, techniques of generalization and grouping, abstraction and logic method.
Results The article releases the outcome of the first part of the research we conducted in 20132019 for three steps. We present results of each step and seven conclusions on three aspects of the research substantiating the study of Industry 4.0, Management 4.0. The article offers our recommendations for E-library.ru and Znanium.com on search engines for researchers, those who practically deal with the digital economy.
Conclusions and Relevance The Russian researchers have just commenced their scholarly attempts to investigate the digital economy management. Based on their proceedings on the digital economy, we justify the importance to differentiate the concepts of Internet of Things and Industry 4.0.
