The global financial crisis has affected the basic investment strategies in favor of increasing the attractiveness of alternative investment instruments temporarily idle funds. High volatility in financial markets generates unnecessary panic among investors. From this position, the precious metals market is the most stable and profitable market segments.

The absence of practice of budget expenses efficiency audit in Russia impedes procedures of its performance. Due to this fact, the development of author’s procedures of budget expenses efficiency audit is currently topical. The author’s suggested procedures of efficiency audit are split into three stages: 1) preliminary; 2) analytical; 3) final. The procedures have been developed based on the materials of one of the state financial control authorities, which was at the same time both the subject and the object of the state financial control.

In the article it is noted that transition to a format of the program budget will allow to resolve a problem of inefficient and inappropriate use of the state resources in certain regions, departments. Successful world practicians of use of the program budget proves viability of this instrument of management. The key role of regions in realization of the state programs, the Russian Federation carried out by the Government necessary preparation of legislative base for successful transition to the program budget are noted.

The article analyzes the factors forming production capacity of the agricultural organizations by means of statistical methods and reveals the most significant indicators determining the optimum size of budgetary funding. The authors conclude that formation of production potential capable to provide high profitability of agricultural organizations requires increase of budgetary financing to 518, 84 rub on 1 hectare of farmland.

Currently, many well-known companies, including electronics manufacturers, create ecologically clean products, realizing the appropriate programs in the markets of the developed countries. In Russia, companies the like are not energetic enough in their ecological activities. The authors by polling public opinion tried to find out how topical the ecological factor is for a Russian consumer in the present situation, and what impact on a consumer choice it has. The authors came to the conclusion of a Russian consumer's negligibly small care for the matter of environmental responsibility of a manufacturer and ecological compatibility of products.

Importance The article deals with the economic aspect of the concepts of cooperation and agro-industrial integration, specifying the types and features.
Objectives The article aims to assess the development of cooperation and integration of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of Russia and determine the prospects for further development.
Methods The article uses the methods of comparative analysis, systematization, classification, and analogy.
Results Our work is a comprehensive overview of the concepts of cooperation and integration in the agro-industrial complex. It provides an opportunity to identify the main types and dignity of agricultural integration and cooperation.
Conclusions We conclude that at the present stage of development, the Russian economy can implement the interests of agricultural producers fully, if using cooperation and integration more efficiently.
