Influence of economic crisis from sphere of trade

Crisis phenomena in economic, in the first place, touch up a commodity markets of produces – sphere of trade. Problems of trade organizations were analyses from the Chelyabinsk region. In the article are adducing the opinions of experts, that define crisis expectations of trade organizations. Recommendations were working out from reducing of negative influence of crisis situation to the sphere trade.

One of specific problems with which many managing subjects collide(face) at transition on MSFO, the account of the basic means is. In given clause(article) features of a recognition of the basic means are considered as objects of book keeping in RSBY and IFRS, the comparative characteristic of formation of initial cost of objects of the basic means is made, the comparative analysis of approaches to charge and reflection in the account of amortization of the basic means is lead(carried out) and features of book keeping of leaving of the basic means agrees RSBY and IFRS.

The article notes the actuality of development of a regional real economy sector in the conditions of crisis in the world community. The industrial, production and innovation capacity of the Orenburg region is the subject of the research conducted by means of statistical methods. The conclusion states that the available potential of the Orenburg area has a number of perspective directions to develop, including the project of a special economic zone (SEZ). However, all this is possible in condition of cooperation of the government bodies with the scientific, educational, industrial and production economy sectors.

Importance The paper considers the economic, investment, organizational, and other relations arising in the process of competition development in socially important and priority markets of the region.
Objectives The paper aims to identify the regional peculiarities in the competitive development of socially important and priority markets.
Methods The leading method of the work is a sociological study and quantification of the obtained results.
Results We propose a methodology for sociological evaluation research of the socially important markets by the business community. It is based on an integrated assessment of indicators in assessing the competition and competitive environment.
Conclusions and Relevance On the basis of the proposed methods, we highlight the peculiarities and factors of the competitive development of socially important and priority markets at the regional level. We show that regional characteristics of the market include certain problems in relations with natural monopolies and the lack of awareness of the business community. The article materials can be useful to professionals who are involved in the competitive development of mesoeconomic market systems.

Subject The article addresses economic, investment, organizational and other relations arising in the course of foreign economic activity of the region, and covers the main issues of integrated cooperation of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Objectives The paper aims at identifying the areas for foreign economic activity improvement and developing the proposals to minimize major controversies in integration processes.
Methods We employ the method of statistical analysis, using time series and indicators of geography and commodity pattern.
Results The analysis of foreign economic activity of the border region unveils major reasons for its change. We offer areas for improvement, assess the development of mutual trade, trends, balance and commodity pattern at the present stage. We also review the cooperation of the Orenburg oblast with leading partners from the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, namely, the Republic of Belarus, Armenia, Kirghizia. The choice of priorities for foreign trade development is driven by economic factors like competitiveness, profitability, solvency, etc. and geopolitical factors.
Conclusions Foreign economic relations development of the Orenburg oblast should be focused on the formation of a special-purpose program for boosting the exporters' activity and supporting the enterprises engaged in foreign trade.


Investigating the problems of transport infrastructure development: The Volga Federal District case

Subject The article addresses the problems of transport infrastructure and its significance for the socio-economic performance of regions.
Objectives The purpose of the study is to investigate the main issues of transport infrastructure, i.e. depreciation of fixed assets, volume of investment in transport, and the resulting problems arising from the poor transport infrastructure, like ecology deterioration, increase in road traffic accidents, on the Volga Federal District case.
Methods The study employs analysis, synthesis, and comparison. Using the Federal State Statistics Service data, we performed the monitoring of transport infrastructure indicators and their comparative analysis for the Volga Federal District regions.
Results Based on the calculation of arithmetic means of selected indicators for 2011–2016, we identified the place of the region in relation to other subjects of the Volga Federal District, which we classified into four groups. The first group includes regions with low level of problem indicators. The fourth group includes regions with difficulties caused by the condition of transport infrastructure.
Conclusions Depending on the group, it is crucial to take certain managerial decisions to address the existing transport infrastructure problems. The offered methodology can be expanded by including additional indicators of the state and development of regional transport infrastructure.
