On the genesis and stages of the world economy globalization

Despite of enormous growth of scales of a product made in the world the world community on a level of social and economic development remains differentiated. The article proves, that record break in per capita parameter of the GNP between developed and less developed countries was observed in 60th of XX century that confirms, that the industrialization forced by colonization, instead of globalization became the reason of sharp stratification of the world economy.

History of an origin of the term BRIC, results of the first summit of the BRIC presidents in Ekaterinburg are considered, positions of the BRIC countries in economics are analysed. It is proved, that the BRIC (consonant to the English word "brick") actually can be the brick which will destroy a wall of the old world (global) economic order spread by the group of the developed countries and Bretton -Woods institutes.
