Subject This article considers the multi-stage restructuring as a consistent process of structural transformation of the system in accordance with changes in the external environment.
Objectives The article aims to explore the process of multi-stage restructuring of the textile industry of the Ivanovo Oblast and justify the significance of digitalization of the textile cluster as an important stage of multi-stage restructuring of the Oblast's textile industry.
Methods For the study, we used the methods of statistical and logical analyses, and modeling.
Results The article recommends to digitalize the textile cluster of the Ivanovo Oblast on the basis of project management. The article also proposes certain areas of digitalization of the cluster, terms of digital transformation, and sources of funding.
Conclusions Timely digitalization of the textile cluster of the Ivanovo Oblast will help the Oblast's enterprises and organizations take a leading position in the textile industry.
