Subject. Strategic management in a fragmented global economy.
Objectives. Creating a tool that allows you to assess a country's ability to purposefully transform its foreign economic relations.
Methods. Mathematical modeling methods were applied.
Results. The geoeconomic adaptability index is a verifiable multidimensional metric that combines indicators of structural flexibility, institutional effectiveness, technological readiness, and human capital quality.
Conclusions. The developed tool can be used for tackling tasks of strategic planning and internal auditing of management quality in macroeconomic transformations.
