Subject. This article discusses the issues of modernizing the tourist infrastructure of Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a system to assess the quality of tourist services based on various key indicators.
Methods. For the study, we used the mathematical research methods.
Results. The article proposes a three-level algorithm for quality control of services provided by tourism and recreation clusters.
Relevance. The proposed tools can be used to develop a strategy for the further development of the tourism industry under sanctions pressure and make management decisions at any stage of customer service.
