Subject. This article discusses the issues of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in organizing transportation, and electronic document management.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to optimize logistics systems.
Methods. For the study, I used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article finds that the implementation of digital technologies helps optimize most business processes.
Relevance. The results obtained can be used when developing programmes for training specialists in the field of logistics.
