Subject. This article discusses the mechanisms for accreditation and evaluation of projects implemented based on the principles of public-private partnership and the issues of the digital technologies impact on improving the efficiency of the public-private partnership system.
Objectives. The article aims to identify optimal strategies that ensure a balance between economic feasibility and social returns from public-private partnership development initiatives.
Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis.
Results. The article systematizes the international practices in monitoring and certifying healthcare development projects, and proposes certain mechanisms to evaluate their implementation effectiveness, taking into account Russian practices. In Russia, the introduction of a multi-level project accreditation system is relevant.
Conclusions. The choice of methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of healthcare development projects is critically important for their successful implementation and social significance.
