Subject. This article discusses the communicative processes in the education system, and the widespread development of the digital environment.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the impact of various digital systems on the educational process, and interrelations between students and teachers.
Methods. For the study, we used a comparative analysis and sociological survey.
Results. The article finds that digital communication in the education system is widespread and the use of modern information technologies ensures effective interaction between students, teachers and the administration of educational institutions. Feedback is considered to be the main feature of communications using digital tools.
Conclusions. It is necessary to actively and universally use digital gadgets in the exchange of information. However, a balance must be found between digital and personal communication.
