Systematization of types of institutional regional crisis management: Unity and differences of the current and future classifications

Subject. This article discusses the issues related to the public administration quality improving.
Objectives. The article aims to form a new classification of regional crisis management, taking into account institutional factors.
Methods. For the study, I used the abstract-logical method and evolutionary approach.
Results. The article presents a classification of institutional regional crisis management, the practical application of which can help clarify and change the hierarchy of indicators used to assess the quality of crisis management in the regions of Russia.
Conclusions. The proposed evolutionary approach can make it possible to revise the traditional time-independent understanding of crisis management and apply extrapolation in the study of unstable economic phenomena and processes more actively.
