Subject. This article analyzes the system of personnel training and personnel management, and the development of tourism and recreation.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a set of measures to improve the efficiency of the personnel management system at tourism and recreation enterprises.
Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article presents an author-developed system of material and non-material incentives for employees, stimulating them to improve labor efficiency. It finds that an effectively built personnel management system has a positive impact on the enterprise's profit enhancement, minimizes staff turnover and contributes to the formation of a healthy psychological atmosphere in the team. Certification is necessary to identify both the capabilities and problems of the employee.
Relevance. The practical application of the study results will contribute to the development of the tourism sector in Russia.
