Subject. This article discusses the issues of solvency and stability of production in the construction and machine-building industries.
Objectives. The article aims to develop measures to improve the functional manageability of organizational structures.
Methods. For the study, we used a statistical analysis and expert prognosis.
Results. The article offers an author-developed variant of the organizational and functional structure, taking into account changes in various characteristics of production activities. It also presents an algorithm for a comprehensive assessment of the contribution of various departments and services to ensuring the financial stability of enterprises and a mechanism for a comprehensive analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators aimed at determining the overall results of production and economic activity.
Conclusions. The financial strategy is the basis for solving the problems of ensuring the stability of the organization's functioning in a volatile external environment.
