Violations of the sustainability of the regional system determines the relevance of studies of phase stability of the state regional economic development. In this paper, drawn up a matrix of phase states in the region's economic development depends on the degree of influence in the re-gion and susceptibility to the effects of various factors. The phase state of the impact of econom-ic forces in the region can serve as a basis for determining an indicator of economic prospects for regional development.
