Management of risk of imbalance of regional budgets

The article considers the various aspects of budgetary risk of planning and execution of regional budgets. The author the special attention gives to problematic of deficit of budgets. The concept of risk of imbalance of budgets is presented. Research of variety of regional laws on the budget is conducted and the accessible mathematical toolkit of measurement of budgetary risk of imbalance is offered.
