In the article the questions of interregional differentiation of level of the income and quality of life of the population are considered. Tendencies of their concentration at separate groups and the reason of a considerable gap between rich and poor on level of the income are analysed unevenness in the income. Structures and loudspeakers of the monetary income of the population of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Dagestan, population distribution in size of the average per capita monetary income are investigated.
