Specialization of tourist and recreational cluster in the region

In the article possibility of creation by means of the mechanism of state-private partnership and potential specialization of a tourist cluster "Central" in the territory of the Voronezh region is considered. Various aspects of the state support of investment activity in regions are analysed. The conclusion is drawn that formation of tourist clusters promotes creation of competitive advantages of the territory and has motivational aspects for bodies of the public power and businessmen.
