In the article conceptual provisions of ensuring effective development of a labor market in rural municipalities in a context of development of business activity are presented. The principles of dynamic development of a labor market are allocated; tendencies and the directions of development of business activity in the village are analyzed. Basic provisions can be used when developing the program actions directed on increase of efficiency of business activity and stabilization of a labor market in rural municipalities.
