A contradiction between pricing adjusting by FAS RF in domestic gasoline markets - on the one hand, and the basic object of regional policy - on the other hand, is exposed. It is shown that there is a territorial smoothing of the prices of gasoline at which the least developed regions indirectly subsidize more developed ones. This fact aggravates a problem of divergence of regional levels of economic development. The ways for this problem decision are outlined.

Keywords: regional policy, antimonopoly policy, harmonization of policies, differentiation of levels of economic development of regions, pricing in Russian domestic gasoline markets
