Functional transformation of internal environment of economic system of the region

In the article it is noted that process of functional transformation became in recent years the priority direction of regional economic policy of Russia. On the basis of system approach the most essential functional aspects of transformation of the internal environment of the region are opened and recommendations for the solution of the corresponding problems are presented.
