Creation of integrated characteristic of demographic development of territories on example of municipalities of the Novgorod region

Objective definition of integrated characteristics of demographic development is the tool of the state demographic policy. In the article the author's, new method of research with use of a known technique main a component is used. Statistical data are considered as a weak signal with noise. The allocated signal defines significant coefficients main a component which characterize quality of system. Technique approbation for municipalities of the Novgorod region is given. The technique can be used in territorial formations of the Russian Federation of any level and for calculation of integrated estimates of quality of any dynamic system.
