In the article the structure and dynamics of foreign trade turnover of the Stavropol area for 2009-2012 are analyzed. The main indicators of foreign trade of the Stavropol are presented. The attention to investment climate of Stavropol area is paid. Volumes and structure of foreign investments into economy of Stavropol area are presented. The ways of improvement of the organization of foreign economic activity of Stavropol area are offered.
