Innovative development of Russian regions on basis of cluster technologies: problems and ways of their decision (on example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

In the article the key problems of innovative development of the Russian regions are allocated, the need of correction of cluster policy pursued in the country is revealed, potential innovative clusters of the Republic of Bashkortostan are given and the key role in their development of a scientific and educational complex is shown. The complex of the actions promoting introduction of scientific results of basic and applied researches of innovative development of the Russian regions is offered.
